Andalucia day, street parties

February 28 is Andalucia day. Andalucia is a region in Spain. It covers the southern parts originally control by the maures. So on the 28th, everything is closed and they celebrate in the streets. A lot of little girls wear the traditional flamenco dresses, most women wear flowers in their hair. Here are some pictures:

We missed a few parades here that they have in January. The Day of the Dead is a day that the Mexican people celebrate all family who are no longer with them. Every Sunday morning the main street right next to our hotel is closed so traffic so all people can walk/ ride bikes or 🛴 scooters. It's fun to watch the kids doing it while I'm walking. Home on Saturday 😁🍷.
