The healing sea

If you ever had the chance to walk along the sea or ocean surf, you will understand, or connect with what I want to say. There is a feeling of cleansing and/or healing every wave that licks your feet. It is, for me a visceral feeling. It doesn't matter if the sea is warm or cold, it has the same effect on me.

We try to go everyday walking along the beach, 7km of it.

the beach is studded with pastry/coffee shops. I try to stay away from the pastries, but yesterday they had a new one Jim and I caved in. WE WALK 4HOURS AFTER THAT LOL
